Avery's school has a program called Watch DOGS (Dads of great students, grandpas too). Paw Paw signed up in September to do it and yesterday was the day. Basically he volunteers at the school for the entire day, helping out around the school where they need him. Avery was so excited to have him there. Poor baby got so upset when he left b/c she didn't get to give him kisses and hugs goodbye. He thought he was supposed to walk them to the bus stop and wave goodbye but when he turned his stuff in they told him he was finished, so he went home. Avery cried so hard the entire bus ride home and after she got home. About an hour later she calmed down after we explained that she got to spend the entire day with him.
Avery's front tooth came out a couple weeks ago. It was a little loose, but probably not ready to come out. I was putting milk back in the fridge and she snuck up behind me to tell me something. I didn't see her and my elbow came back and popped her in the mouth. The tooth went flying and somehow I caught it. She didn't cry but we were both surprised that her tooth was gone. She looks cute and it won't be long before the other one comes out.
