My sweet baby girl is 6 months old! I LOVE this age. They are so much more independent... she can sit up, roll over, army crawl.... and doesn't want to be strapped to anything where she is confined. She still doesn't like to be left alone without anyone entertaining her, but she will at least play with her toys and explore (sometimes exploring a little too much). She's eating smashed food... prefers veggies over fruits but LOVES bananas (which we have learned make her completely constipated so we have to give her prune juice with every banana).
She had her 6 month shots and only cried when they first went in. She was super fussy the next few days but she's back to normal now. She weighed 15 lbs 11oz and is 26in tall (both right around 50%). Her head was almost 17in which is also right around 50%.
She still gets up 2-3 times at night but it's mostly comfort nursing. I don't mind most of the time b/c my boobs get so full!!
